What is the cost of a website with the software?

Software installation and requirements

Yes, installation of the software is included if all below requirements are met.

Requirements:

1. Access to website admin panel
2. Server access to:

  • 1 x MySQL database (Hostname, username, password, database name)
  • FTP access (Hostname, username, password)

3. Server needs to have:

  • PHP v7.0 or higher
  • Operating System: Linux

Connecting Web Booking to your existing website:

  • Web Booking on home page – we recommend it to be place on plain background or static background image.
  • Book Now button – we would add it in main menu allowing access to booking at any time
  • My Account button – customer account – we would add it in main menu

Free setup is only included if the website is build with common development practices, so our team can do it efficiently and to high standard.

Will the software be installed on my server?

Yes it will. We will install a full working version on the server you have provided.

What support do you provide?

6 months free support

We provide 6 months FREE support from product purchase date. This means it covers fixing any problems that has not been caught by our testing. Any other issues caused by external forces (e.g. cause by company staff, hacking, server failure) are not included in free support.

24/7 support

For a monthly fee of £100 we will provide you with emergency support. We will aim to respond within 2h at any time, any day. This will give you a peace of mind that in case any problems arise you have our team at your disposal.

First three hours of work are included. Additional time needed to solve the issue will cost £30 per hour. T&C applies.

Pay as you go support

You are welcome to contact us, if you require our help. We will check and evaluate the scale of the issue, then provide you with time scale and costs needed for solving it. We aim to solve all immediate problems within 48h. Our hourly rate is £30.

Does the system meets TFL regulation requirements?

We constantly keep track of change in TFL regulation and update the system to meet TFL requirements.

What if I have two website?

We are able to connect two and more website to the same dispatch system. In such case we would create for each website an individual profile which allow setting:

  • Specific language
  • Branding – logo, colors, company name
  • Prices
  • Number of relevant information which will be display in emails and invoices.

This allow your company to promote each of the website as individual entity but in same time be able to receive and manage all information from one management panel. Each online booking is assign a source (website name), so it is clear from which website it comes from.

We licence software per domain. First domain is £200, second domain is discounted to £100.

Is there any cost and limit to adding each driver in your system?

There are no limits or additional costs, you can add as many drivers as you need.

Can booking(s) be exported into Excel format?

Yes, it can be exported into excel format.

Can jobs be dispatch to drivers?

Yes, one of main feature of the software it job dispatching to driver. We have also create a Driver App to make the communication with driver faster and better.

Can I track drivers position and see it on the map?

Yes, it is possible. Our Driver App allows driver tracking. All driver can be seen on Map in real time.

What are Google API keys and how to set these up?

Google API keys are use to allow usage of maps and places. Google allows you to generate these keys free of charge and it can be done here https://console.developers.google.com/apis/dashboard

Please enable following services and generate API keys. Once you have them please send them to us.

  • Google Places API Web Service
  • Google Maps Directions API
  • Google Maps Geocoding API
  • Google Maps Embed API
  • Google Maps JavaScript API

Call Centre FAQs

Are there any monthly or yearly costs?

There are no additional costs, you pay only your phone bills(monthly rental and outgoing calls).

How can I sign up or get started with your call centre?

Do i need a new telephone number?

NO, First of all you need to get a VOIP account setup, we can help you with this transferring your current number or get a new number, If you’re with BT then you can upgrade yourself to BT Cloudphone Service

How long the process will take to go live?

Within 24hrs from the day we got your VOIP number ready to go live.

Will there be any downtime on my current calls?

No, we will do a softmerge technique so there wont be any downtime on your current call flows in your current office.

Is there any cost and limit to adding a landline in your system?

There are no limits or additional costs from our side, you can add as many landlines as you need but you pay.the phone bill.

Can the calls be monitored?

Yes, it can be monitored 24/7 through your VOIP account Portal.

Do i still need my current staffs in my office?

Yes, we suggest you to keep at least 1 all rounder in your day shift as its a minimal requirement from the TFL
